What does a Young Ambassador do?
Young Ambassadors motivate and inspire other young people from primary and secondary schools across Scotland to get involved in sport within their schools. They are - advocates, role models and leaders of other young people. They also reflect the views of other young people and influence and shape decision-making in sport.
There are 2 Young Ambassadors in every secondary school – you could be one of them!
Activities you would be involved in as a Young Ambassador include:
Raising awareness of opportunities to participate in sport in schools, clubs and community sport hubs
Promoting an active lifestyle
Raising awareness and using the excitement of major all sporting events
