1) Get colourful
Adult colouring books are one of the most fun ways to help you relax and chill out. So treat yourself to some nice supplies, a new colouring book (or try out our colouring page) and get lost in between the lines - or out of them, it’s up to you!
2) Cook up a feast
Instead of going out trick or treating, treat yourself to some homemade food! Why not attempt to make toffee or caramel apples? And don't forget to make use of your Young Scot discount at Co-op to bag some savings.
3) Watch movies
You'll probably want to watch something that isn’t Halloween related – so why not stick on some old Disney films, action flicks, or comedies? You could even go to the cinema and see something – if it’s not a horror film then it’ll probably be quite quiet! Plus you can use your Young Scot discount at the cinema too!
4) Get sporty
Why not have a kick about with your mates, or go swimming? Getting your body moving will make you feel better, and it's a great way to warm up on cold October nights!
