It might be because you feel stressed about exams, or upset about friends or family. It might be because you’re being bullied, or find it hard to keep up with the work, or because you’ve had to miss school. Whatever the reason, the good news is that the law says you have the right to extra support to makes things easier for you at school.

You can find out more about your rights on the Reach website, which has loads of practical tips, short films and young people sharing their stories about issues they’ve had at school and support that has helped them.

Plus there's loads of information in the Learning section of this website if you want to know more about revision, homework, exams and planning your future. Or you can check out our bullying landing page if you want more info on the different options you have if you're being bullied.

If you need advice about getting extra support with school, you can also get in touch with the Reach team to find out more about your options.

You can also chat to the team at Childline via email or phone.
