U-Evolve - Self Factor Project

U-evolve exists to support young people aged 11-18. We believe that all young people regardless of their background or challenges they may have faced should be given opportunities to be the best version of themselves: to have fun, to make new friends and to live happy lives with positive destinations. Our project involves laughing yoga, boxing fun and pizza and podcasting. We want to bring young people together to try new things, gain new skills and know that there is a happy, safe place where they are listened to understood and supported through life’s challenges. This project will improve mental wellbeing and will develop skills in self-esteem and resilience.
