National Entitlement Card (NEC) / Young Scot Card
Aged 11 - 26 and live in the Western Isles Area?
Comhairle nan Eilean Siar is replacing the old Young Scot card with a new Young Scot National Entitlement Card.
The old Western Isles Young Scot cards can be used by all current card holders but will be phased out.
The National Entitlement Card will be similar to the Western Isles card but will have many more features added. There's lots of discounts and services you can get with your card so find out more now...
