The 13th of April is one of the most important dates in the Sikh calendar. On this day people who follow the Sikh religion celebrate the Vaisakhi festival - it's the birthday of their religion. In Scotland there live about 66,000 people who follow the Sikh religion. Parades, dancing and singing happen throughout the day and many Sikh's choose to be baptised on this day.
