Every 2 years young people in South Lanarkshire have the opportunity to update service providers on relevant issues and this is your opportunity to continue to influence services you access across South Lanarkshire.
It may feel a bit long but we only ask you to complete it once every 2 years, so please bear with it and by way of gratitude we offer you the chance of winning a number of prizes including an XBox 360 or a one year free Gym Pass for South Lanarkshire Leisure facilities.

National Entitlement Card
If you have an enquiry about obtaining a National Entitlement Card in South Lanarkshire, please contact the Customer Service Centre on:

For lost or damaged NEC cards please contact the Customer Services Centre above to request a re-issue of your NEC card providing them with the following details (if applicable):
- Full name
- Date of Birth
- School
Please note your new card will be sent to your home address
If you use your card for Cashless School meals please report this to the school canteen where you will be issued with a temporary blank card. On receipt of your replacement NEC card return to the school canteen where your new card will be registered for cashless school meals and your temporary card can be returned.
