For lost or damaged NEC cards please contact the Customer Services Centre above to request a re-issue of your NEC card providing them with the following details (if applicable):

• Full name
• Date of Birth
• School

Please note your new card will be sent to your home address

If you use your card for Cashless School meals please report this to the school canteen where you will be issued with a temporary blank card. On receipt of your replacement NEC card return to the school canteen where your new card will be registered for cashless school meals and your temporary card can be returned.
