What is HYPPE all about?

HYPPE means Helping Young People Participate & Engage.  It is the name we give to all the work and opportunities which help young people have a voice in decision-making in their local area.

We want to make sure that young people across the Scottish Borders have the opportunity to influence decisions which effect them by working in partnership with adults who provide and plan services.  This includes having a say about services you use such as youth clubs, school, health clinics, sports facilities, and transport.

HYPPE covers a range of activities including :

·        HYPPE Panels

·        Scottish Borders Young People's Survey

·        Participation Theme Group

·        Youth Chex
