Craigie / Moncreiffe Youth Group: meets every Tuesday night in term time at Moncreiffe Church Centre, Glenbruar Crescent from 7.30-9pm. Young people decide what they want to do - cooking, xbox, getting involved in community activities, etc.
South Perth Community Football: every second Monday of the month young people 12+ can access the MUGA pitch at Glenearn Campus to play an informal game of football. All welcome, just turn up, no need to book.
Drug and alcohol photography and creative writing project: watch out for more details coming soon.
We recently put on guitar/garageband workshops at Glenearn Community Campus and plan to do this again next year - watch out for more details. In the past we have also helped local bands play local gigs, supported young people to put on DJ workshops and helped a local lad put on a fundraising gig. We have helped young people exhibit their photography all over Perth and Kinross - with one project being exhibited in Portland, Oregon, USA. We have also just finished a photography project looking at what local people's thoughts on what community means to them. We can sometimes be seen doing streetwork in the area too. Look out for us in our red 'Youth Services' jackets. Also if you go to Perth High School you may see us at our info zone on Thursday lunch times.
