Strathclyde Police needs your help.  We are continuously trying to improve our relationships with young people in the local community.  You may not be fully aware of the extensive involvement we have in youth work, for example organising street football, community events, ‘Choices for Life’, and other exciting programmes. Of course we don’t do this alone and rely on your assistance and help from a range of partners. 

This questionnaire is a brilliant opportunity for you to give us direct feedback on your personal interactions with the police.  Don’t worry - each questionnaire is anonymous and your comments will remain completely confidential.

As you will be aware, the Young Scot Card has transformed into the FAB new Young Scot NEC Card. Not only has this card had a revamp to its look, it also offers lots more!

Did you know that North Lanarkshire has 9 MSYPs covering each Scottish Parliament constituency? If you are aged 12 - 25, you have a representative in the SYP! To get in contact with your MSYP, please contact the Young Scot NL office or click on the link above to find out who the MSYPs are and how to get in contact with them directly!

MSYPs attend meetings of the Scottish Youth Parliament which happen all around Scotland. The latest meeting took place in Orkney. A report is available from the link above.

Young Scot North Lanarkshire is more than providing cards! We at the Young Scot NL office provide a host of services just for young people living within the area!

We not only update the North Lanarkshire section of the Young Scot website with local news, competitions etc... We also provide youth information, workshops and support projects to ensure young people can have a voice... And that's just the start!

We use new technology such as podcasting, the internet, e-mail and other funky new gizmos to ensure that your voice is being amplified to the people that matter!
