PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE NOW VARIOUS VALIDATION POINTS THAT YOU CAN TAKE YOUR APPLICATION TO BE CHECKED AND THEY WILL SEND ON TO YOUNG SCOT FOR PROCESSING. 

The validation points are local Community Centres.  A list of which ones will be posted shortly :-)
