Why should you try racketball?

Racketball is a great way to have fun with your friends.

You don’t need to worry about never having played before. racketball skills are quickly picked up so newbies will soon find themselves ‘smashing and slotting’ the ball all round the court.

Racketball provides a great workout so it’s awesome for burning calories. Players use most major muscle groups so it is also great for shaping and toning the body.

Free racketball sessions for 10-19 year olds are taking place on Monday nights at Kincorth Sports Centre. Check out Young Scot WOW for details of where to play and when.
