Save some money!
There are now over 1,800 places across Scotland where you can use your Young Scot card to save on shopping, travel, food and fun. Every discounter is listed here as well as in your fab Young Scot books.
As if that isn't enough good news, well there's another 200,000 discounters across 42 countries in Europe. All you have to do is look out for the Euro<26 Hercules sign.
All the Young Scot discounters should display a window sticker so look out for it wherever you go.
You can only access these discounts if you are a Young Scot member. If you are not a member, look in the Helpful Links below for information on how to join Young Scot.
Top Tips For Using Your Young Scot Card
- The Young Scot Cards (or NECs) are a valid proof of age only if they contain the PASS hologram.
- Things do change - some businesses join the Young Scot scheme and some leave. Check that the offer is still available before you buy.
- Show your card BEFORE the assistant rings up the sale.
- Offers normally apply only to the cardholder (unless stated otherwise)
- Most of the discounts are available just by showing your card, but some need vouchers - check the details listed below.
- Discounts do not usually apply to sale items so check first.
If you have a European Youth Card that does not contain a photo you may be refused the discount. If you do find a participating outlet has closed, changed hands, or if you have ideas for new discounters then get in touch with Young Scot by phoning 0131 313 2488, writing to us at Young Scot, Rosebery House, 9 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh EH12 5EZ or email info@youngscot.org.
