It's rare for all our different relationships to be plain sailing but help is at hand when you need a bit of support.
In this section we look at the different problems you can encounter in all your relationships, whether it be bullying or bereavement. We've included plenty of links to other organisations who can offer advice and support.
- Bullying - What bullying is and what you can do about it.
- Text Bullying - Ever received a threatening text message? Bullying doesn't have to be in person.
- Online Bullying - A rising number of people are being bullied online, we take a closer look.
- Internet Safety - Read our top tips on staying safe whilst using the internet.
- Teachers & Bosses - What you can do about problems with those in authority.
- Physical, Emotional and Sexual Abuse - Who can help you if you or someone you know is being abused.
- Domestic Violence - Information about further support.
- Missing - Who to go to if you've run away from home or if someone you know is missing.
- Death & Bereavement - It's hard to deal with someone close to you dying, but we look at ways of helping.
