You are what you eat, or so they say... Check this section out for information and advice on eating a healthy and balanced diet.
Eating healthily isn't about starving yourself, it isn't even about being a vegetarian or a vegan. The advice out there is ‘aim to eat a variety of foods from the different food groups and that way your diet will be balanced and good for your health’. So as long as you pay attention to what you eat you should be able to get a balanced diet
Be careful to eat for the right reasons and not simply because you want to be thin. Healthy eating is about feeling good and keeping your body working well.
Healthy eating combined with some exercise shows that you respect your body, keeping it in good nick now and for the future.
