Fed up with the usual? Burgers and pasta just not doing it for you? Then here's a few recipes to spice up mealtimes. You might need to ask your folks/guardians nicely if you want them to make it for you!

An Icelandic speciality is shark meat preserved in pee...but we suggest you don't try that one at home.
From tripe to pancakes, from Norway to the Czech Republic - but would you swap your fish supper for any of it?
Enough tomato sauce and it should be fine...
(Please watch out for sharp knives and try not to set any part of your body on fire. Equally nasty would be getting your hand stuck to the wall of the freezer, or grating your skin rather than the cheese. Also unpleasant would be steam burning your face or spilling boiling water over your bare feet.)
